First, it’s important to know that before we ship, the product must be fulfilled.  Our products are mostly print-on-demand, so fulfillment must happen before packaging and handing it off to the mail courier.  Fulfillment is generally 3 to 6 business days.   After fulfillment, the estimated shipping time to you will depend on where you live and can range from a week to 10 days.  Generally speaking, you should get you delivery in two weeks but that is an estimate not a guarantee.    

We offer free shipping!
Products such as canvases, framed posters and throw pillows are individually packaged to protect them during shipping.  Otherwise, they will ship separately.

We have a 4-week return policy, which means you have four weeks after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it  and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you must first contact us at support@favellihome.com.  In general, we accept returns for damaged or defective items, as long as a claim has been submitted to us within 4 weeks after the product has been received.  If something arrives damaged, be sure to send a photo of the damaged good.

The return address is printed on the packing slip that came with your package. In the US, send returns to:

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you provide a wrong or insufficient address, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will then have to pay the reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Canvas wall art are printed on a satin finish canvas and hand stretched on hand-glued solid wood stretcher bars.  The canvas is textured, acid-free, PH-neutral, and fade-resistant (OBA-Free).  Canvas is 20.5 mil (0.5 mm) thick with a fabric weight of 13.9 oz/yd2 (470 g/m2).

All Canvas are 1/5” (3.81 cm) deep.   Blank product is sourced from the US.

Yes, mounting hardware is included.  In order to hang your canvas, you will want to gather:

(1)    A ruler or measuring tape so you can locate the center of top frame of the canvas.

(2)    A pencil or pen to mark the center; and

(3)    A hammer to tap in the hardware to the top frame of the canvas.

Measure the top frame of the canvas and mark the center point.  Now place the hanging hardware on the top frame with the center of the hanging hardware lined up to the center point that you marked.  Next use your hammer to tap your hanging hardware into the wood.

The case for the throw pillow is 100% pre-shrunk polyester case with a soft linen feel fabric.  Throw pillows are printed, cut and hand-sewn.  The pillow case itself has a hidden zipper and is machine-washable.  The insert is a shape-retaining 100% polyester.  Hand-wash only.
