How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free!
What happens after I place my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All our products are manufactured on demand, so manufacturing must happen before packaging and mailing. Manufacturing can take from 2 to 6 business days.
Once your product is ready to go, shipping time will depend on where you live and can range from a week to 10 days. Generally speaking, you should receive your delivery in two weeks but that is an estimate not a guarantee.
I ordered several items? Will they ship together?
Generally, throw pillows and pillows will be packaged and mailed together, depending on quantity. Canvas wall art is individually packaged to protect the item during shipping.
What if I give you a wrong or undeliverable address?
If you provide a wrong or insufficient address, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment facility. You will then have to pay the reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

What is the fabric and quality of the pillow covers?
Favelli Home pillow covers have a soft, high-end linen feel with the look of quality linen. The throw pillow cover is made from 100% pre-shrunk polyester, with a durable fabric weight of 8.1 oz/yd2. Our pillow covers are printed, cut and hand-sewn.
Is the pillow insert shape-retaining?
Yes, the inserts in our pillows is a shape-retaining 100% polyester insert, perfect for napping and lounging.
Are the pillow covers removable?
Yes, Favelli Home pillow covers have a hidden zipper, allowing you to remove the insert or purchase a pillow cover only and provide your own insert.
Can your pillows be washed?
Yes, pillow covers are removable and can be machine washed. (We recommend delicate cycle and drying flat). Pillow inserts should be hand-washed only.
Where do you source your pillows and inserts?
Blank product is sourced from either China, Poland or the United States depending on the ultimate shipping destination. All cut & sew products are made using CPSIA certified inks and fabrics have undergone fabric safety testing.

How is the canvas wall art made?
Canvas wall art are printed on a
satin finish canvas and hand stretched on hand-glued solid wood stretcher bars. The canvas is textured, acid-free,
PH-neutral, and fade-resistant (OBA-Free). Canvas is 20.5 mil (0.5 mm) thick with a fabric weight of 13.9 oz/yd2 (470 g/m2). All Canvas are 1/5” (3.81 cm) deep. Blank product is sourced from the US.

No, Favelli Home has adopted a “manufacture on demand” business model. Once you order and pay for a product, it is manufactured, packaged and shipped to you by our manufacturing-shipping partner. This allows us to focus on bringing you more artful products!
